Common questions
What's the catch?
The visible one: we're new to selling this service and we're buying proof — the founding cohort trades a waived base for a case study and a review. The results fee is the business model, which is why it's defined in writing and billed from your data, not ours.
How do you define a "qualified lead"?
Together, in writing, before launch — for example: a form fill or call over 60 seconds, working contact details, in your service area, not a duplicate. Every billed lead carries a 3-business-day dispute window, and "it just didn't close" is a valid conversation while "subjective quality" disputes are settled by the written definition.
Why is the base so low?
Because the base isn't the business. $490 covers the operating floor — tracking, builds, the weekly review. If the ads don't produce, we don't get paid beyond it, which is the entire point.
Do you ever touch my ad budget?
Never. Your card sits in your Google and Meta accounts and pays them directly. We get access to work in the account — which you can revoke in one click — and our fee is the only invoice we ever send.
What results do you promise?
None, dishonestly. What we promise is the system: tracking before spend, a written target, weekly reviews, kill rules applied without sentiment — and a fee structure where poor results cost us, not just you. That's also why the founding base is waived: the risk sits on our side first.
Who actually runs the campaigns?
The founder and the senior team — the same people who run NQD's own campaigns with published numbers. No account managers relaying messages to someone you never meet.
