How much does bookkeeping cost at NQD.ai?

How much does an AI automation cost?
Building your first automation is free. Running it costs $199 a month per automation, for hosting, monitoring, fixes and updates; founding clients get 3 months free, then pay $149/mo for life. AI and API usage passes through at cost, typically $20–$200 a month.
How much does performance marketing cost?
A $490/mo base, plus a results fee agreed in writing before launch: a rate per qualified lead, or 5% of verified revenue capped at 3× the base. The fee is billed from your CRM or store, never the ad platform's dashboard. Your ad budget is separate and goes from your card straight to Google and Meta. Founding clients pay no base for the first 3 months.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every service runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your books, automations and ad accounts are in your name from the start, so they stay with you.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Every price here is a fixed monthly price, or a fee agreed in writing before work starts. Bookkeeping volume above the Scale plan and catch-up cleanups are quoted as fixed prices too.
What isn't included in the price?
Tax filing: we keep your books and hand them to your CPA clean, but we don't file returns. Ad spend: your card pays Google and Meta directly. AI and API usage for automations: passed through at cost, with no markup.
Why are the founding offers free?
We're an established AI engineering firm opening three new services, and new services need proof. Founding clients start free (6 months of bookkeeping, 3 months of an automation running, 3 months without a marketing base) in exchange for a case study, an honest review, and introductions if we earn them. The spots are capped: 10 for bookkeeping, 5 for automation, 3 for marketing.
